Cancelling your order
Send an email on the same day before 22.00 (10 PM) European time, with your order number and the reason of cancellation to firstname.lastname@example.org
Returning your item(s)
After receiving your item(s) you’ll have 7 days to decide.
Send us an email at email@example.com before returning/shipping it to us! Let us know you’d like to return your items. We would like to know why you want to return your item. We will reply as soon as possible.
Items that cannot be returned:
– Custom made items, designed in the Mix&Match section Please check my size guide before ordering or contact me if you have any queries. I will be happy to help!
– Items that no longer have the tags
– Kickers and thongs are not returnable for hygienic reasons
– Worn, washed, altered, or damaged items are not returnable (including makeup or deodorant stains, so please be careful when trying on garments)
– All sale items are final sale
– Gift Certificates
Conditions of the returning items:
To return items, they must comply with the following conditions:
– The item is unworn and undamaged.
– The tags are still on the item
– The item is shipped back within 7 days after receiving the package
Once we received the returned items, we will send you an email to confirm. If you return your entire order, you’ll get the full payment back, excluding shipping costs. Your payment will be transferred back to you, excluding shipping cost, within 10 days (this maybe longer of shorter, depending on your bank.)
Underneath does not offer refunds for lost parcels. If you would like insurance on your parcel please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org to make arrangements.
